Element Housing is a new initiative born out of the collaborative experience of some of the most experienced property professionals on the island.

The Directors of Element Housing have acted as developer or joint venture partner in companies delivering self-build and community-led projects on the island over the last 10 years. 

We work closely with the local authority to bring forward stalled, undeliverable sites as well as looking to provide a larger proportion of entry-level and discount market units for those less fortunate.
